You can only cancel your order before it has been shipped.

You cannot cancel the order after it has been shipped.

We are  sorry to inform you that it’s not possible to partially cancel items in your order. You’ll need to cancel the entire order before it’s shipped and then place a new order for the items you still want to purchase.

Please note that in case of order cancellation, it may attract a 5% bank charge depending on the payment method used by the customer. This is because most payment gateway providers collect their commission even if the order is cancelled and refunded. Therefore, the refund amount may not be the same as the amount you paid for the order.

Please  understand that bank charges and gateway provider fees will be deducted from the refund amount in case of order cancellation. This means that the amount you receive may not be the same as the amount you paid for the order originally. It is important to keep this in mind while cancelling an order.
